    Abstract

    In recent years, the employment situation of graduates majoring in Chinese language and literature has become more and more severe, while the employment pressure of graduates majoring in Chinese language and literature from non-normal universities is far more serious. This paper discusses and analyzes the employment prospects, employment direction and employment problems of non-normal Chinese language and literature graduates. Finally, some countermeasures are put forward to enhance the employment advantage of non-normal Chinese language and literature graduates.
